Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Fun with Friends Musical Table Activity Center

Laugh & Learn Fun with Friends Musical Table Activity Center is probably my daughter’s all-time favorite standing toy. We bought this for her around 8 months when she was just starting to stand on her own. It took a few weeks for her to get fully into it, but once she started pushing buttons, she would play with this toy at least a few minutes each day. It’s a little bit louder than I would like it to be. There is a volume button on the bottom.

We have always had it on the low setting. Not really sure why you would want it any louder than low. Daughter is now almost 14 months old and she still goes to play with this table about every day for at least a few minutes. It was great to have the Musical Table Activity Center and a couple of other standing toys near the ottoman when she was first trying to stand and walk, as it definitely helped her to gain confidence in those areas. She was able to move from one toy to another, to the ottoman, etc. We have given away her Ballcano and her push cart, but this toy remains of daily interest to her, so we will probably keep it for quite a bit longer.

Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Smart Stages Chair

“My son enjoys Laugh & Learn Smart Stages Chair. He climbs up and down and stands on this thing. It’s very sturdy and fun. You get different modes. My complaints are you’ll have to put the battery in yourself and it doesn’t have as much music. Most toys come with batteries. This one don’t.”

Laugh & Learn Smart Stages Chair toy is great! my children love to hide things in the seat they think it’s funny lol! I thought it’d have more songs than what it has but they love it and that is all that matters! It is easy to clean up also cause u know toddlers they can be messy! It’s very durable, I haven’t had to put anything back on it or try to fix it after my rough children have played with it! It’s a good educational toy and would recommend to any parent wanting to buy!”

Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Servin’ Up Fun Food Truck

Notable Review…

I really really love the Laugh & Learn Servin’ Up Fun Food Truck and so do my 2 and 6 year old. It has some cool features I didn’t realize:
– the taco has two options — beef or lettuce and beans
– the hamburger can be built by the child by sliding items with holes in the middle through a center piece (avocado, burger meat, bacon, etc.) and clicking the top on
– the smoothie drinks fit in little circle slots and play songs or making different sounds when you insert them
– there are four “menu” cards. When you place them in the cash register area to “scan” them (which my just-turned-2 year old can manage), the system “reads” what is on the card and has corresponding songs, sounds, or sound bytes
– the shape sorter “recycling” bin in the front (green part) stores ALL of the pieces that come with it…and my kids can open the “fridge” on the other side to pull them out

The Laugh & Learn Servin’ Up Fun Food Truck sounds and music are NOT annoying – they are cute and catchy.

ASSEMBLY: I have never assembled a toy in my life because I AM AN IDIOT, and I was able to do this with only minimal help from my 6 YEAR OLD…lol It took us 20 minutes but would take a normal person 10 minutes – no joke. It’s about 10 screws and the instructions were really clear (to my 6 year old). She enjoyed helping and my husband was entertained watching the process (but did not need to help at all himself).
You do have to put some stickers on — the menu is a sticker, the alphabet line in the front is two stickers, and there were maybe 4 others? Not too bad.

It takes 3 AA batteries that you need a screw driver to put in (one of the screwdrivers with the intersecting cross/X thing on it, not one of the flat ones). <-- I told you I was an idiot! 🙂 We really love this. I wish it had been available 6 months ago so my son could have enjoyed it earlier - but I think he'll get another 2 years out of it (especially since my 6 year old plays with it with him and seems to have fun - they were fighting over it last night). Wait to get it until you can get a pro-mo code on the FB site. We got ours for 30 per-cent off around memorial day when it was a preorder.

I looked at a lot of these ride-on toys for my 10 month old son…This one is nice and sturdy with the four wheels.

…Granted, it’s the perfect height for a toddler to hold onto and push the toy. Still a great toy!

One Year Later and Still Loving It

November 17, 2013

By LeAnn “sillyleann”

…He rides on it, pushes it around, uses it as a step stool, or just pushes the buttons….

I’m not sure I would call this educational. But…I would consider it a good developmental toy… loves to run around, bounce to the music, and laugh.

That is when I know it has been a good toy.

My 21 month old son really likes this ride on

And this reviewer likes the toy but has sound advice…

Performs well, but look out for burrs

January 28, 2013

By ASH

Overall, this is a nice ride-on toy for a small child (3 and under), and the assembly is pretty straightforward.

However, it should be noted that the initial separation of the plastic pieces (some of which broke off in the box) leaves sharp burrs that are easily removed with a knife.

The ONLY walker I have found that works

By Mamaof3

February 9, 2014

I have three children and had went though 5 or so walkers…

This one has grips to grip the floor for a controlled pace when a baby stands up and walks with it.

It is a nice quality wood and the galloping zebras are so cute. Well worth the money!

This parent recommends not using it too soon…

hurrah for active zebras

By DavidSoup

October 31, 2013

I ordered this the day my then 6 month old pulled himself up to standing position thinking for sure he would need it in a hurry. NOT!

This is a great toy but can’t be used too early else it will cause a parent a heart attack…

Baby is now 9 months and finally can use it on his own to get around- though we did put a hand weight in the cart so it won’t tip over easily when he uses it to pull himself up.

And another review impressed with the quality…

So very cute and well built.

By pixels and bits

These galloping zebras are so adorable! The build quality of this all wood walker measures up to what we had in the good old days – which means it will last forever!

I especially appreciate that the wheels have a rubber tread on them to protect the floors and help cut down on noise.

The cart is very sturdy and just the right height for toddling. There’s even room in the back of the cart for a few favorite toys to ride along.
