I paid for the more expensive Baby Unicorn but received a Baby Monkey instead. What do I need to do to receive the correct toy. This is for a Christmas present and a substitute wouldn’t be acceptable. thank!

…In order for the curling iron to work and work well, you need to take small pieces of the hair and hold for AT LEAST 10 seconds.
The directions say a ‘pinkie’s worth’, but you have to consider they are speaking of a 7 year old’s pinkie… so a tiny amount.
Consider the 10 seconds for minimum curl. For better curls, leave it on for 5 more seconds.
…We found it better with the curlers to start at the top and wind the hair around it instead of curling the hair into the roller. We found the curlers worked better than the iron.

She has gone on and on about how realistic the doll is. The doll is very sweet, and and well detailed.
