My boys had a difficult time trying to get this to work at times. It could be an even more fun game if the learning curve was a little bit easier.
Once they did get into it though it was a lot of fun. They enjoyed slashing the swords just like you would with the Wii U. It does take 8AA batteries….

…The only big drop in star rating is due to the lack of rechargeable batteries. I wish there were rechargeable batteries instead of having to install 8 AA batteries to get the system up and running.
You need a brick of AA’s to keep everyone happy when this game is running full swing.

It would be hard for me to come up with a better toy for my twin nephews to play with, rather than running around attempting to destroy my house!
This reminds me a lot of the Wii Sports sword fighting, only with this game, they are controlling little miniature fighting robots instead.

This toy is designed for some serious action fun and keeps the kids moving as they are shooting, running around chasing each other as they fight to the finish….
The best part is when you drop it, it does not break which when there are kids running around it and jumping over it and tackling each other is going to happen…

PROS:
…It fully charges in 15 minutes, which results in about 15 to 20 minutes of flying time.
Quick charging, also a plus.
The controller is fairly easy to operate…My 5 year old was flying in no time…
The cage is supposed to allow the copter to roll on the floor and up the walls to ceiling. This it does, which my boys loved and it impressed the adults as well.
CONS:
While it walks up and down the walls and across the ceiling as advertised, it tends to fly a bit aimlessly, and often veers off and crashes into walls or furniture. If this happens, the copter ceases to work.
We feared ours was broken, but there is a flashing red light, and a switch that you turn on and off as a reset and it is up and moving again….

My 7 year old son got this. He was able to set it up completely on his own. It charges fast & has decent battery life. It was very easy to control & to be honest it is perfect for learning to fly….

PROS – quick charge time, climbs walls and ceilings, fun to watch.
CONS – crashes easily and requires you to toggle the on/off switch to off and then back on almost every time the copter crashes in order to fly it again.

Charging it was very fast, we were using it about 10-15 minutes after opening it. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to make it fly as at first it would not do anything, but then we followed the instructions step by step and we were flying in no time!
This RC helicopter is amazing! I was as excited as my 8 year old son! It really rolls up the walls and flies very smoothly!
… It seems to stay charged for good amount of time.
The only complaint I had was that when it crashes hard to the ground, it had to be powered off and then on again in order for it to work again….
And this reviewer recommends a larger room to fly the helicopter…
It is best if you have a larger room to fly it …

I have three boys and they were thrilled to use this when it arrived!! It works very well and charges very quickly.
Even my 5 year old had no problem using this RC!
It is best if you have a larger room to fly it in and the blades will sting your fingers if they get hit by them.

It’s super easy to use, my kids can hook it up to the usb cable and charge it when Boomer indicates he needs that done, and they love knowing when exactly he’s ready to play again thanks to his eyes changing colors.
