Interesting Concept…Kids Love It
By T. Emond
December 21, 2013
…The object of the game is to get all of the pieces on to the board in a complete path (circuit).
When a circuit is completed the board lights up and plays a little song. (music can be turned off)
The challenges increase in difficulty and show fewer and fewer piece placements as you increase in difficulty.
My children really enjoy playing this game. It is pretty challenging.
This reviewer says it’s great as an educational tool…

Larger cards and fun playing pieces!
By Capstwife
July 22, 2014
So much family fun. Love the larger, although still smaller than normal playing card, version of the cards and board! Fun shapes for the railroad cars and great tins to store them in.
…You won’t regret buying this game as it is a lot of fun!
This reviewer says the 10 Anniversary Edition is the version to have…
The version of the game you should own.
By P. B. Terry
July 29, 2014
It’s bigger, it’s better! Bigger map, larger cards (a huge plus), better artwork, box is smartly organized, players have an individual tin of train pieces to pull from (again smartly organized).
The artwork is better as are the painted and player specific train pieces.
Overall, this is the version of the game to own whether you are a fan of the game or just picking it up for the first time.

…This is by far my favorite of the 3 titles… I think a game called dungeons and dragons should have you entering a dungeon and fighting a dragon. This one DELIVERS and then some.
And this reviewer is glad it keeps them off the computer games…

If you are a fan of Dungeons and Dragons or other adventure/exploration games, you should definitely give WoA a try…

The Monopolizing Dead
By Alayna S
April 21, 2014
…The game plays just like traditional Monopoly, but with subtle changes to make the game feel more like a zombie survival game instead of a “win by being the richest person in the game” type of set up…
And this review says it’s perfect for Walking Dead fans…
A fun twist to the classic game
By Jackie A

…This is a great edition for any Walking Dead fan! The art is excellent and the cards are entertainingly themed.
Just keep in mind that the game is based on the comics not the show…

…new features of Destruction, Celebrity, and Ouch. Cities now fight back – military units break out in response to damage – and you can funnel these units to where your opponents are stationed..
The review below says it’s a step up from King of Tokyo…
Not your same old monsters of Tokyo, but a whole new (awesome)King!
November 10, 2014
By Craig Hill
…When we heard King of New York was coming, we all hoped it would bring the same fun and not just be a re-hash of King of Tokyo.
I’m delighted to say it’s much more than that: it’s honestly a step up, both in terms of complexity and strategy without losing the core elements of luck and dice.

Great Strategy Game
November 7, 2014
By T.A. Fletcher
The first time I played this wonderful little game I had no idea what I was getting myself into…was pleasantly surprised to find a pretty unique game.
The game itself is relatively simple; a single playthrough should be enough for the average player to figure out the mechanics.
Essentially, each player collects resources, and builds roads and cities. The first player to 10 victory points wins, but every game is different as the board, and therefore the resources available to a particular player, changes every time you play.
All in all a great, entertaining game. I highly recommend it if you are into strategy games.
This reviewer likes that it is easy to learn…
Should have bought it sooner…

By Sean Ramsey
One of my favorite board games.
I love the history, I love the gameplay, and most of all I love that you don’t spend a bunch of time waiting for other people to take their turns.
Having everyone take their turns at once is a fantastic game mechanic and when everyone’s familiar with the gameplay the game goes by super fast.
And this reviewer says it’s addictive…

Fun game. Easy to learn and teach new people

Fun game. Easy to learn and teach new people.
Plenty of variety in gameplay by changing out which cards you use each game.
Also easy to play while half distracted with conversation (or watching young children).

…We’re able to play it with our 4 & 7 yr old which has been great.
…It relies on choices and thinking ahead similar to domino’s in my opinion. It’s been a good game for our family.

Swiping raises the difficulty, revert to classic mode if it frustrates you
October 23, 2014
By LegoGirl
Our family gatherings have adults and kids in a wide range of ages, so I thought this “new” Simon would be a fun way we could all play together.
… it was a great way to pass the time with a mixed group—once we reverted to using the classic (tap) mode exclusively.
…It’s a neat “upgrade” to the old tried-and-true Simon game, but there is a definite learning curve to using it.
This buyer says it keeps minds off video games…

This is a fun twist on the old Simon game
August 25, 2014
By B.L.
On the whole, this is a fun twist on the old Simon game.
It adds more complexity to keep things interesting, while still having the basic element of challenging your memory and ultimately never really giving you a shot at winning…
…I kind of like it as a memory training tool that pushes you to work your brain while still being designed to make the experience fun.
