The Frights, Camera, Action dolls have been very hard to find at my local stores, so I was thrilled to see Elissabat on Amazon for shelf price. She arrived in excellent condition. I love her purple and black color scheme, her face is very pretty, and her hair is one of the lesser “messes” I’ve seen from Monster High lately… She gives the appearance of being a more traditional vampire; she’s not as flashy as some of the MH releases, but I think that adds to her appeal. She has the feel of an actress from the old Hollywood.

Mattel hit a home run on this doll, and in all of the Frights, Camera, Action dolls in general. Once again, they put amazing detail into each doll, and this is my favorite line of dolls ever… Elissabat is totally recommended-plus, she has this great backstory that she tells you about in her diary-MH fans can’t miss this line!

Elissabat is easily among the most beautiful of the monster high dolls. Her design is so unique and her outfit is to die for (pun not intended).

Elissabat’s hair is very soft and beautiful, and it’s oh so fun to brush. It’s a great mix of dark purple and black, which compliment each other beautifully. Her eyes are the same purple color and her skin is a nice shade of pale pink.

Her outfit is a corset-style Gothic dress with lace and frills on the ends. The frills add a beautiful touch and her black boots are incredibly detailed with frills molded into the plastic as well. If you like changing clothes on the dolls, the shoes on this one are easier to put on and take off than boots on most of the other dolls (in my experience at least).

The accessories this doll comes with are also very nice. They are a diary, a sliver award with a hand sticking out of it, and a small toy DVD case (you can even take the DVD in and out!). A brush and stand are also included, which is always a bonus.

Elissabat is a great doll, so please, get her as soon as you can! Perfect for goths, collectors, and vampire fans. She’s a Gothic beauty that you don’t want to pass up.
