Good Product
By william masseyon August 19, 2014 Color Name: Natural This box is really good. I had bought one for my son, Iñigo so that he can put his toys on it. it is very easy to assemble and even my kid helped me on it. it is big enough for all of his toys and I like the top because there is a little space so my wife and I don’t have to worry about Iñigo’s hand/s being caught up when he’s going to close the box.
Storage Box
By Jennifer S. Nelson on August 12, 2014 Color Name: EspressoVerified Purchase Bought for my new grandson to use as a toy box for their living room. Wanted something a little dressy where mom and dad could quickly put toys up and still look “visitor friendly” in their house. Only downside were the hinges were a little tight and it doesn’t quite close. Really doesn’t distract from overall purpose or look.
Great product owned for a bit now
By Jennifer D. RhamesTOP 500 REVIEWERon April 1, 2014 Color Name: Espresso Had to put it together and it was not complicated took about 30 minutes. I was alone. The beauty speaks for itself. There is a lot of room for my twins toys. I really love the safety feature on the lid so it will not slam down on little hands their safe.. We really LOVE this toy box. This will last them until they’re grown. It is a deep dark espresso and has a measurement of 31 ” L by 17-” D by19-” H .Has a very nice shine on it. We are very happy with our toy box!!!! My daughters LOVE their toy box of course their the one who picked it out!
Great style
By chicago mom on May 8, 2003 Color Name: Natural When my husband and I were registering for our baby last year, I knew that I wanted a toybox, though I really wasn’t crazy about the plastic toyboxes that seemed to be everywhere. There was only one of these wooden toyboxes in the store, and I immediately fell in love with it. True, some of the plastic toyboxes may be a little bigger (and cheaper), but the wooden toybox matched the decor of the baby’s room, plus it’s very classy, not at all gaudy like some baby items can be. It’s been nine months now, and I still love it. The design is very attractive, and even better, it fits a lot of toys. The toybox has a hinge so the lid won’t slam down on tiny fingers. If you look at the picture of the box, you can see there are openings between the lid and the bottom half of the box so if there *were* fingers still on the box if it were closed, fingers wouldn’t get stuck (this doesn’t apply to the two corners however). Some things that may cause you to reconsider: the box does have sharper corners than a plastic box may have, it is made out of wood after all (the only thing I didn’t consider beforehand). However, the finish is smooth. I’ve been very happy with this toybox. Hopefully my nine month old will think the same thing once he’s older.
